Monday Snack

Today`s Dinner with clams

                                                                          H-e-l-l-o-!

                         My today`s dinner is fresh vegetables, rice and clams cooked with humous  :)
                             P.S All I use to prepare my food is Salt & Pepper , no additional spices added

                 Salad :

  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
Everything chopped into small pieces and garnished with a lit bit of salt, pepper and olive oil.

               Clums:
  • Jaleppeno Humous
  • Clums 
I marinated clums with humous hour before cooking with salt and pepper so that it could get that different taste. And i just cooked that in pan with a bit of olive oil.
             
                                                                                                                           And Done :)

            paprika humous, one boiled egg , spring onions with some salt and pepper , 
    small bowl of oats and ofcourse COFFEE - the only thing that i must get in the morning.

Today`s Salad!

                                               Tuna Slalad With Chickpeas

                   Cold season just started. Autumn , winter is the seasons when people usually get a liitle more fat , becouse cold weather makes us stay at home and we eat A LOT more. Much more snack , hot chocolate while you`re cosy lay in the bed.
                 So I am tryng my best to avoid snacks and eat just a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner.

            And today I had Tuna salad with chickpeas which includes :

  • Lettuce
  • Half red oninion
  • Spring onions
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato  
  • Tuna
  • Salt , Pepper and a lit bit of Olive Oil 
  • On the top - Chickpeas

Snack`o clock

                                               Well It`s too early for dinner and I already had my
breakfast so it`s the best time for snack ! I was just too lazy making something special so I just boiled one egg, got one slice of rice cake , spread Hummus alll over it, fitted the cut egg and to make it a bit fresh I                                                                     added rucolla on top.

Sunshine breakfast

As you all probably know, breakfast is the moost important meal of the day ,so I try eat a bit more than I used to did.and frankly,it's really good because i feel all so enegetic in the morning.Well today's breakfast is nothing really special couse i didn't had that much time before Uni to prepare something Amazing! Just 2 boiled eggs with whole wheat bread with pumpkin seeds.:) simple but it was deliciuous

Wap up up . This is my first meal that I`m sharing with you people ! Peeerfect for Vegetarians!!

List of what you need:              
* a packet of aspargaus
* 6 simple mushrooms
* 1 red onion
* 1 avocado
* 1 paprika

What to do? :
Firstfull smash avocado with salt and pepper. While your asparagus will be boiln (so that they would be softier and easier to cook) cut onion , clean mushrooms and start cooking it all. At the same time, put smashed avocado to clean paprika and put to oves for 10 min on 180dgrs. When everything is nicely cooked just serve it!
